They say; HEALTH IS WEALTH. With good health, you have energy and stamina to run a business so, taking good care of yourself is part of doing business, the two cannot be separated. Be in good health as not to disrupt your business, let it not be lack of care, you fall sick and money goes to hospital bills, this can seriously affect your business.

You need to exercise to keep fit in order to maintain good health, this enables you to have long life sperm to handle your business to a level you expect before transferring it over to your children at your old age when you feel you now have to rest or retire.

When you take good care of yourself you look good, dress good and presentable, DRESSING GOOD IS GOOD BUSINESS, they say. You look smart and act smart because your body and mind is in good shape

What you eat matters a lot; they say, you are what you eat. At some particular age there are some food you need to stop taking, which you used to eat when you were younger. Your body at an older age need some particular diet your system requires to revitalize you. Drink a lot of water.

Take time to rest and have a quiet time, do some work out early morning and go outside for a free walkout, this enhances blood circulation and you look younger. Have enough sleep, at least 8hours in a day, it makes the brain alert; sound mind and good health.

Don’t be idle, develop yourself by reading books and magazines, especially on business; creativity; skill for more knowledge.

Try every sports you can, like table tennis; lawn tennis; yoga for some few days in a week. Also take time to engage in nonbusiness related evens by being a participant or a listener of such. After a hard days job, from business, take time, be joyous and playful with your groups or family members especially your children if you have. Business should not take you away from your family because you will need their support, this make you balance.

Life can be stressful when doing business as such taking care of yourself is very important to your wellbeing. Frequent illness slows business, when you take care of yourself you are investing in your longevity; the ability to be productive in the future and maintaining consistency in doing business.

Go on vacation; dance a lot; play some music alone in the room and just dance; go outside for air, do not remain indoors most times, your system need to be active to be alive; avoid isolation, depression and anxiety. Go out to see a movie, a live performance; to a comedy that makes you laugh, laughing is good for your health.

Remove every worry; do not hold unto any offence, be forgiving and LET GO and never back, why? It will affect your business negatively.

Finally, LOVE YOURSELF FIRST; by giving yourself a treat with fresh fruits and drinks; go for what you deserve. Travel alone, it is empowering; let yourself become totally disconnected from your familiar environment, turn your phone off and you will realize you’re OKEY BY YOURSELF, LOVING YOURSELF.
