Do Business

One of the most ironical statements I’ve often heard people make is: “I’m not the business type”. Either this statement, or anything within the neighborhood of ruling oneself out of the practice of business-as if this were possible. Dear one, life itself is a business, and you are therefore involved in the business of living. So, welcome officially to the activity you’ve always been involved in without knowing so, or without admitting your involvement.

Okay, you’re a civil servant, right? Maybe a preacher? Or a security personnel? Or you’re a hunter in the employment market? Well, it doesn’t matter. WE ARE ALL BUSINESS PEOPLE! What makes this all the more emphatic is the fact that the world is evolving to assume a strictly business shape, and you have to become more consciously and more actively involved. Except if you want to stay passive. Except if you want to watch the profit train of the 21st-century society pass you by.

Perhaps you’ve always had your own perception, a kind of close-ended definition of business which had made you count yourself out of it? Or did you restrict yourself to the dictionary’s perspective of business being“the activity of making, buying, selling or supplying goods or services for money”; of it being a“work that is part of your job; or done by a company etc. and can be a commercial organization such as a shop / store or factory that runs a business”? With all respect due to all the dictionaries of the world and to your point of view, let me candidly submit that there is much, much more to it. However, the simple, good news is that YOU ARE A BUSINESS AND BUSINESS IS YOU.

I would like to say that some of you did not know better. This is an era of opportunities showing itself to you. It is never too late to start/ explore different grounds to discover where you best fit in the world of business.

Wake up and be free from every setback in life. Seek God in prayer to do business. Then work,for until you work, nothing works. The good news is that there is no entry requirement for doing business at the point of decision. The ocean is vast enough for all and sundry to cast their nets into.

Revive yourself and come into the banqueting hall of profit.

A lot shall be unveiled as we journey together here.

You’ve just embarked on a journey of:

getting transformed;

having your mindset changed positively;

getting your mentality edited;

being intensely inspired;

developing a newfound courage, and

fuelling a strong determination to DO BUSINESS.
